I collaborate closely with the Information Services Director and the Web Governance Group to analyze user requirements, prototype interfaces, and design intuitive, visually compelling web solutions. My role bridges the gap between technical and creative teams, requiring a unique blend of analytical thinking, aesthetic design, and a deep understanding of user behavior. Eleven Limited was a small web design and development business catering to small businesses that did not have staff or expertise to develop their own web presence.

From 2005 to 2015, Eleven Limited was more than just a web design and development business—it was a beacon of innovation and a trusted partner for small businesses navigating the digital landscape. Founded and led by Tim McMahon, Eleven Limited specialized in creating tailored, highly functional websites that empowered small businesses to thrive in an increasingly online world. Recognizing that many small enterprises lacked the in-house expertise to build their web presence, Tim collaborated with a network of talented programmers, graphic designers, and brand specialists to deliver bespoke solutions that met each client's unique needs.

But Eleven Limited was not solely about business; it was a platform for giving back. A portion of the company's time and proceeds was dedicated to philanthropic efforts, showcasing a commitment to community and generosity that earned recognition in Maggie F. Keenan's inspiring book, Small Businesses Give Big.

Prior to my tenure at the AMS, I served as Regional Coordinator for the Massachusetts Metrowest Regional Library System (now the Massachusetts Library System (MLS)), where I was responsible for coordinating system-wide meetings, developing the organization’s website, and managing administrative projects. This experience honed my ability to align stakeholder needs with digital tools and resources, setting the foundation for my passion for web technologies and user experience design.
